Training Terms and Conditions

Eligibility 
Participants must hold a minimum Level 2 regulated qualification to attend training; this will be confirmed prior to booking onto any training courses.  

Limited Availability 
Training spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

No-Shows & Late Arrival 
We reserve the right to deny access to any future training sessions for participants who do not attend without prior notice or arrive more than 30 minutes late, as this disrupts the training session for other participants.  

Course Materials 
Course materials, including manuals, handouts, presentations, and recordings, are for personal use only and not allowed to be shared. Skin Rocks training material redistribution or copying is prohibited. 

Practical Sessions  
In practical sessions participants will be asked to act as a client. Course participation is mandatory on in person training course excluding any person that is contraindicated to receive the treatment.  

Certification  
Completion of a training session does not guarantee certification unless all course criteria are met and assessed by the educator delivering the training session.   

Photography & Media 
Photos or videos may be taken during the training sessions for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us prior to the training sessions. 

Health & Safety 
All participants must follow health and safety guidelines. 

Behaviour  
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove participants for disruptive behaviour or inappropriate conduct.

Course Changes 
We may modify the course content or educator without prior notice to improve the training experience or due to unexpected circumstances. 

Cancellations 
We reserve the right to change the training session schedule without prior notice to accommodate unavoidable circumstances.
